The brownish/red deck in the back is having all of the deck boards removed, and any rotten/old wood replaced. Then we will put back a composite decking board that is a similar brown color, along with a black deck railing. Any repairs/rot on the stairs will also be replaced.

I have not included elevation drawings of the Re-painting below, as we are not changing any paint colors. The soffits, wood around the bay window on the side of the house, front columns, and any other existing white wood on the exterior of the house is being prepped and repainted to match the original white color.

Also, we are replacing cabinets/vanities/toilets/carpets inside the house, and would like to please request that the dumpster onsite is permissible. I truly apologize for not asking sooner, as I was unaware.

This property has been neglected for decades. I am borrowing a ton of money (very stressful) to make it look better for the community. The finished project will look way better than what has been there, so it will be a win/win for everyone.
