Good morning. We live beside a vacant lot that has a dead tree next to our property. They have a grappling hook attached to it and tied to another tree. Both trees are leaning on their bases. I have attached a video. Not sure if anything can be done about this, but I wanted to let you guys know. I’m hoping you can contact the owner of the lot and have them address it. Thanks!
