Attached is a completed ARC form as found on the website.  We would like to remove a Sweetgum tree from the northeast side of our property.  Besides being a filthy, nuisance tree (with dangerous “chee chee balls” all over the ground), it shows signs of some animal damage,  We would like to have it removed before it is in full foliage.
