Hello, I have an off-the-wall HOA question, really appreciate you reading this message. I am the president of an HOA in Henderson, NC, a very small subdivision on Kerr Lake. We have a Community Dock that some homeowners have access to and our Covenants are very confusing in how best to manage these dock slips. If you have time, I would greatly appreciate a call with you to see if you have this type of situation and if so, if I could see your Covenants and ask you some questions about how your HOA manages the slips.
