I sent this message thu the portal of WD and as expected received a canned response., I am usually ok with HOA but I am asking for an account of the law suit pending against the basketball court issue. Ordinarily, I would stay out of issues that are not of my concern but since this issue has cost thousands of dollars of which my dues are responsible for paying, I would like to know the status and if nothing was achieved, was it worth the effort.
And for what it is worth. on starting another committee is a resounding NO. The HOA is sounding like the government; start another committee.
