Thanks for coming out to our place with Jennie about our deck repair and extension.
Been a challenge, we have found a contractor and want to proceed as the stairs are precarious because of the storm.
We are staying with the large 8 x8 cedar posts so that it looks same as existing deck and nothing else really changes. Stairs are same as now, landing is same, concrete pad stays same, etc.
we have filled out the Exhibit E and can bring it your way. The contractor Harrell has provided a detailed quote but no drawing.
