Hello! I am looking to purchase a condo at 702 Azalea Drive #494
Hampstead, NC 28443 which has Plantation Point as its HOA. My realitor says even though they take VA loans, the building is not VA approved because half the tennets are gone? Is the building here VA approved for home purchase? Just double-checking in case anything has changed. Thanks so much.
