Good afternoon, we recently purchase the above noted property.

We are trying to get our natural gas service and internet accounts established. In both cases, I cannot find providers that service the neighborhood.

Also, we are planning to complete some basic updates/upgrades to the home before we move in and want to make sure that we are in compliance with the HOA rules. Is there someone that I can talk with to make sure that I am interpreting the rules correctly? Specifically scope of work and the use of a dumpster onsite for debris.
