I should have gone to you first for info. I have sent two emails to the HOA Board Chairman but have not had any response. Our mailbox is broken and I need to replace just the box. The rules say to contact the Chairman about this, and seem to discourage going directly the mailbox company. What should I do? who should I contact?
Help please.
