I was checking the HOA fees and noticed that my payment showed I had only paid $285 for one lot . I paid $570 for both lots on 5/19/25.
I also only received one proxy this year and normally I receive two .
I just do not want to have a lien against one of my lots( 54 & 55)
matter .
I am attaching a photo of my payment and check
I did send an email to William and Douglas in Charlotte regarding this as well .
