Hello, I thinking of purchasing this lot, for a retired friend of family, but wanted to know time frame of ARB. There plan is all brick 2 floor. They are flying in next week to look at area.

Is a boat allowed in driveway? Only because this lot is too small for a dock.

Also do you have a pool or activities?
