Mr. Kinney, I am representing the homeowners, Rob & Angie Kinkaid on the sale of their home located at the above address. This home has a “common” dock that is on the property line of their lot #111 and lot # 110, George & Judith Reynolds. The covenants we read state:

#3 – Lots approved for common docks. (between two to five owners.)
There are numerous lots with my sellers lot 111 being amongst the 109-112.

#4 Lots 150, 151 and 152 WILL SHARE a common dock.
