Cynthia, As you probably know, I have an approved Landscaping plan. As we have waited for the fall period to plant, a flooding issue has come up. After heavy rains the water is seeping into the basement and flooding through the walls. Before we do the landscaping we are going to have to dig up the front to stop the water intrusion. We will be remaining within the already approved landscaping planned beds Do I need to request an approval from the architectural Review Board to fix this water flooding first, or can I just go ahead and get it done? thanks , Scott Inkley 55 Pointe Lane
