The second issue that has come up is the fact that there is no continuously supported lentil holding up the windows in the back. Over time the windows have begun to sag and separate. We need to have a continuously supported lentil built under these windows from the inside of the house. We won’t know until the wall is opened up if we will be able to support all of the windows there, or have to reduce some. Do I need the HOA ARC approval to get this repair done?
