Hello! I was leaving our neighborhood today at 11:39 am on way to airport and saw a white small dog (Maltese or Shitzu type) wandering with no collar on the right hand side of the neighborhood near the first house when you enter the neighborhood. The dog looked lost but not like it had been out very long. If I was not on my way to the airport I would have stopped and tried to find the owner but wanted to let someone know. I hope the dog and owner are reunited!
