Per our covenants, “all rubbish, garbage, and trash cans shall be kept in enclosed containers out of site of the street AND neighboring homes”. Ideally all garbage cans will be stored in an approved enclosed garage or in an ARC approved service yard. In addition, for those homeowners who utilize curbside garbage pick up, please do not place your garbage can at the curb until at least 4:00 pm the day before your garbage pick up day and return your empty garbage can to its proper storage no later than the evening of your garbage pick up. We seem to have more and more neighbors placing their garbage cans at the curb on Sunday evening or Monday morning, this is in essence storing your garbage in plain site of the street and your neighbors. This is not an acceptable practice per our covenants.
