You may start filling out the form on your computer or click the Save button to save your information or click the Print button to fill it out by hand.

Once the form is complete, you may come back to the site to send the completed form to the Architectural Committee member. If you are emailing the form, please send it to arc@thepointes.com.

Please be aware that not all browsers support PDF functions, such as the email button. In such cases, you may need to save the PDF and open it in Adobe Reader to utilize the buttons within the form.
